Dr. Ssali Case set for November
Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate, Her Worship Olive Kazaarwe on Monday October 7, 2013 adjourned  the ruling of a case in which  Dr. Edward Ssali and his team, are accused of causing the death of a patient a one Ms. Mercy Ayiru out of negligence have a case to answer to November  6, 2013. 

In 2010, Ms. Mercy Ayiru died at Dr. Ssali’s Fertility Centre in Bukoto, a suburb of Kampala, while undergoing an operation to remove fibroids. Dr. Tamale Ssali is an obstetrician and gynecologist.
